Mabeco Construction

We started this process of building a 30x40 polebarn in 3rd week of October. As of now this polebarn does not even have the sides on. The roof is not completed...when the wind blows, you would think what metal is on, is going to blow off. Before signing contract, we were told this would be completed in less than a month, (which his website will also say the same thing). Contractor now tells me since it does not state that in contract, he will not honor it. I have paid Mr M, above and beyond what our contract states. He now attemps to tell me the contract is void, because he copied and pasted some other contract. (i believe that is completely false). Contractor did do some additional concrete work, which took him 3 days. He was pd in full for this work. He has deviated from this signed contract so much, and continues to want more money to do things....which contract states is part of our contract.
I have so many texts telling me his wife left him, his child was sick, he has no babysitter, he has problems with his hand, and on and on. It has been 1 month since contractor has showed up to do anything. Contractor continually ignores my texts.
