We drove 4 hours to meet [redacted] to view a house she had for rental, listed on their website. We had been required to provide a detailed application before we could even see the place. When we arrived, we waited for [redacted] to arrive. She pulled up, got out looking like she got out of bed! I said to my wife "Well, that certainly isn't a professional look". We got out to meet her, she didn't even introduce herself or ask who we were. The current tenant was standing in the front door, and he had to ask us to come in. The place was very disappointing, not at all like the photo's on the website. It was not only dirty, but it supposedly was just painted, but there were huge, mismatched spots and patches on the walls, etc. [redacted] insisted that "It was just painted". Well, this place wasn't acceptable. [redacted] said she had another, got into her car and took off, without waiting for us, who had told her we didn't know the city. The other house was much nicer, and when we asked it was much more expensive. We were standing outside, when [redacted] told us the rental cost, and when we hesitated, she curtly said "Well, You don't have to look at it"! This person is not at all a person I would rent/lease from nor would I trust her to manage anything I owned.
