Review: Original Quote for landscaping services dated 4/18/2013 indicates a charge of $1,395.00 for "Spring Cleanout to include bed cleanout, shrubbery trimming, bed definition, and mulch installation". As indicated in the quote language, and in company's verbal acknowledgement, shrubbery trimming was explicitly included in this quote. Despite this, company Invoice dated 6/11/2013 following delivery of service included a separate line item entitled "Shrubbery Trimming" for $315.00. Any changes/additions to the original Quote must be acknowledged by me; this never occurred during this transaction. During verbal conversation following receipt of this invoice organization indicated that it was a, "mistake to include shrubbery trimming in the description of Spring Cleanout." Refusal to honor original quote because, "greater than expected man-hours."Desired Settlement: Desire organization to honor Original Quote and adjust Invoice.
