Good morning, I wanted to update resolution to this case, #[redacted]. I was contacted shortly after I submitted my complaint to the Revdex.com on Friday, that my check had been available for "days." I was asked if I wanted to come pick the check up or have it mailed. I clearly had a lack of trust...

at this point, so I drove the 30 miles to pick the check up from the company. The check was completed on 6.22.2017, not days since my inquiry, and no one contacted me to tell me the check was ready. I was told at the time of pick up that the check had been pro-rated since I did not provide 30 days notice. The contract has two different references to notice, one being termination of the lease, and one relating to not renewing the lease. I did not terminate my lease, I opted to not renew, which required a 10 day notice in the state of Missouri. I provided notice on May 8th, well within the 10 day requirement. The company was trying to withhold another $372 from my initial deposit stating it was for pro-rated rent for June. After a long discussion and being told I was incorrect, the owner/manager was not going to argue with me, and he wrote me a check for the $372, providing me with a full refund.  I truly believe that had I not filed my complaint, I still would not have resolution. This company has extremely poor communication with their clients. They also put all responsibility on their customer to go above and beyond in regard to collecting monies due. Regards,[redacted]
