Review: On June 10, 2013 at exactly 2200 this shuttle service is supposed to take my wife and I back home to San Diego from LAX. My wife and I ended up driving ourselves in a rent a car at our own expense back to San Diego after a 30 hour flight. I spoke to the owner or one of the owners, his name is [redacted] (retired US Navy) the next day but nothing was resolved, not even an apology. He even threatened me that I will not get a refund if I file a complain. A character or an attitude I did not expect from a former military member like myself.Desired Settlement: Reimbursement for the rent a car and gas, total of $139 and a formal apology.
