Review: Tile floor installed year and a half ago had cracks running along backer board seams. took out the cracked tiles we had and was decided the floor needed to be replaced to fix the issue. Over 1 month now from when the 5 stripes of tile were removed and the replacement repairs have not yet started, let alone completed. Our daily inquiries about work schedules and status of repairs are often ignored and dates are not held. Very frustrating experience.Desired Settlement: I just want the replacement to be completed as the kitchen has been under repair for over a month.
