They started out great - good service, caring, and responsive. Now they have changed hands and I can' t get my ultra expensive hearing instruments adjusted correctly. I am trying to contact the manufacturer since they are still in warranty, but so far they have ignored me. I have no idea what my next step will be. What I do know is that my hearing has gotten worse since the new folks took over. Soon I will probably be totally deaf.
