I used this company in the past and didn't like the serviceI had no choice but to use them when my heat went out over the winter, because no one could make it for atleast two daysSo I gave them another chance and they have come leaps and boundsService was great, and they came out with in an hourFixed the first time and didn't need partsIt's about time I wasn't taken for a rideGreat jobI will write off the pastI guess it must have been a bad day

I had called for service for our Heating system and M&R sent the most amazing, professional, and smartest service tech that we have ever had at our home everI highly recommend this company and if you get John the service manager, you will surely be glad you didJoe and Mary D

So I gave them another chance and they have come leaps and bounds. Service was great, and they came out with in an hour. Fixed the first time and didn't need parts. It's about time I wasn't taken for a ride. Great job. I will write off the past. I guess it must have been a bad day.
