M. Preising Electrical

Review: My home warranty company dispatched M. Preising Electrical, LLC to fix my attic fan. Michael convinced us that instead of fixing our dome style attic fan by replacing the motor, it would be better to replace it with a gable style attic fan. He did perform the work, but when I complained that it was so much louder than our original, he said that "we had agreed to install the other type of fan" and that he would no longer deal with me and I instead would have to go back through my home warranty company. When I contacted my home warranty company; however, they said that he had told them that my attic fan was no longer serviceable which is why he had to install the other, inferior, type of fan. Not only did he lie to the home warranty company, he stole my motor and the blade to the motor of my fan effectively decommissioning it. When I emailed him about returning the motor and blade to me so I could have someone else fix the fan, he lied to me telling me that he had left them in my garage (he did not). This man is a lier and a thief. Do not hire him.Desired Settlement: I would like my original attic fan repaired as I originally requested. At the very minimum I would like the blade to my fan and a new motor.
