Dear Sir/Madam:Thank you for your letter. My driver did not inform me about the close call accident. All I know was about  the return pick up of the client. The driver called me that the staff from...

the facility told her that the client left already. I asked the driver if shewas sure that the client was not there. She said yes. I called the Logistic and informed them that the client was not there anymore. They cancelled it. Afterward
the driver called again that the client showed up. I told her why she was not looking
for the client. The client called me and told me that it was not the drivers fault. I told the driver to bring the client home. About this almost two accident. I suspend the driver for two days and [redacted] told her that if we hear again that she is driving fast. The disciplinary action will be firing her. I also told her about how she answered the client. I always
told her to always respect the client. I am very sorry about this incident and we see to it, it will not happen anymore.Very Truly Yours,
