Review: We contracted Mr. [redacted] and his crew to replace the roof on our home and our porch with metal roofing In May-June 2013. When they finally came and did the job (after numerous delays) it appeared to be a good job as far as we could tell. A few weeks later we started getting quite a bit of rain in our area and we noticed that the roof was leaking into the fireplace box in the living room. (We assumed that the leak was around the chimney on the roof.) We called Mr. [redacted] numerous times at the number he had given us and could never get an answer. We even went to his home on several occasions and could not find him at home. We finally contacted a mutual acquaintance and got his new phone number. This time period involved several months. We informed him of the problem and he said he would get right to fixing it. Weeks, then months went by with no action. We contacted him again and several days later he sent two of his employees to caulk around the chimney. That did not stop the leak. This "patch" took place in December of 2013. Since then, we have talked to him at least 5 times and the promise is always the same, "I'll be there first thing tomorrow morning!" Tomorrow morning has never come. As of today, June 2, 2014, We still have a new roof that leaks into our fireplace and nothing has been done by Mr. [redacted]!Desired Settlement: The leak around the chimney on our roof needs to be stopped! NOW!
