M & M Savings

I sent an email to them via a reply to their email saying they had shipped by dress as there was no tracking information.  Then I also sent an email on the same day (11/**) on their website but got no response for either.  Then when I got an email saying my item had been delivered and it...

had not I again replied to that email and here nothing back.  I tried several more times contacting them via their website and never heard back.  Then I finally got an email response on 1/*/17 with them saying it was unacceptable for an item to take that long to be sent as they send their items 4-7 business days after ordering.  I have been communicating with them and it takes 2/3 days for them to respond.  Last email I received was on 1/** and have still not heard back with what they said was getting me a tracking #.  This has gone on for 2 months now and I don't understand why they cannot respond to me in a timely manner.  I just want my dress.
