For the first time in years we had to move and employed M and M movers to pack and move our belongings to our new home The were very punctual, courteous and very careful with our belongings The staff that did the move were friendly and helpful, without once complaing about any special things that had to be moved We can strongly recommend their services to anyone who would like a company that knows what they are doing, and do it well Leon and Meisie d XXX XXX XXXX

We recently hired M&M moving for our move from Mississauga to Cambridge Brent Routley the owner came over personally twice and looked at everything we had to be moved, including an off-site storage unit and large storage shed in back yard We also requested that the company do most of our packing of the kitchen and shed The Top Movers arrived on time and went to work Saeed, who packed up my kitchen, did this with such care and consideration that nothing was broken and packed extremely well and well thought out The group of guys were respectful, took much care of the contents of our house and did not complain about taking many heavy objects or boxes down to the basement level They even put the lawnmowers, snow blower in the back yard shed, without being asked They worked hard and we did not finish that day until 2:in the morning, but it all got done, without a complaint There were some small items left behind at the house and storage unit to be picked up by us the next day, but all in all, it was a good experience We would recommend this company to anyone looking to move a home, whether house, apartment, or one small room Thank you to Brent and his team

I did moves with M&M Moving in I was impressed with move #1, but move #was my worst moving experienceThe crew was clumsy and seemed to lack certain moving skillsUnfortunately,my new house and some furniture were affectedI must clarify that damages are minor and not serious, but regardless, one expects better services from what appeared to be a good mover Problems: 1) Marks on a few walls from items/boxes rubbing on walls (walls) 2) Shiny smooth dresser top suffered hunderds of small scratches and a few dents 3) Wood splinters from truck found on my mattress, bench cushion and a luggage bag 4) Movers slide some boxes down basement stairs, so re-painting needed Perhaps, most distressing was the owner's response to my complaintsThere was no apology, but he made constant effort to deny my bad experience, saying all customers were happyHe blamed my dresser damage on the age of the furniture I did refer that he is stupid for saying thatAnd he became very rude, and started using racial slurs, calling me a [redacted] *** I wish I had use my previously mover, [redacted] Moving

Called M&M Moving Systems based on reviews I read on this site and others for a short notice move date (ie., called on a Wednesday for moving services needed on the upcoming Sunday) Brent was very good to deal with and met me right away to get an estimate and also confirmed right away that he could find movers for Sunday The movers were very professional and were very careful with our stuff and were a pleasure to deal with They wrapped all of our furniture very carefully and tightly so no drawers would fly out or no pieces would knock together And as per Brent's estimate, the movers were bang on with the final tally for the move There were NO surprise charges at all I'm very happy with this move and would highly recommend M&M Moving Systems and Brent!

I had a great experience with M & M Moving when I moved in FebruaryThe owner Brent came and gave me a quote himself after a walkthrough of the houseHis estimate was spot on and he was very personable and wonderful to interact with

I would like to thank M &M Moving for another successful move! I was so happy with them when they did my move from house to condo a few years ago that I recommended them to do my Dad's move He was nervous that his prize possessions might get brokenI assured him that the movers would wrap and package everything properly and treat each box as if they were all fragile
As last time, not one item got broken including his beloved grandfather clockHe was very impressed
The movers were punctual, efficient and friendly and went above and beyond what was necessaryMy Dad is and could not do the disassembling so they did that for him and then reassembled it for me as I was also not able to do it
They were also very patient when I asked them to move the heavy teak furniture from one room to another when it was too tight to accomodate my mom's wheelchair
I would definitely hire them again for any future moves and would not hestitate to recommend them to my family, friends and co-workers

I did 2 moves with M&M Moving in 2014. I was impressed with move #1, but move #2 was my worst moving experience. The crew was clumsy and seemed to lack certain moving skills. Unfortunately,my new house and some furniture were affected. I must clarify that damages are minor and not serious, but regardless, one expects better services from what appeared to be a good mover.
Problems:

Not only were the movers on time, they constantly communicated with me to make sure everything was packed and moved to their correct rooms.

Brent provided us with excellent service on our recent move. He completed an estimate at a time that was convenient to us. The price we paid, was the price on the estimate.

Brent recognized during the estimate that the amount of things in our house was slightly more than a typical truck. He therefore sent an extra cube van to make up the difference. It was indeed needed. It also allowed him to send 5 movers, who were able to complete the work more quickly.
