Review: I recently bought a pair of Bates Ultra Lights from M&M Leather a week ago. After wearing the boots for the first time There was a defect in the boot which caused me to leave work and buy a different pair of boots elsewhere. When I called M&M Leather to see what I needed to be refunded my money they were extremely rude and said they would not refund my cash. Said they only do store credit which I will not use in any way there. I bought the boots in cash, paid in cash and wore once and broke an eye lit to tighten the boots. Now these people are refusing to return my boots and return my money for the defective product. They refuse to give the money back or take the boots back, they were extremely ignorant on the phone, repeatedly called my girlfriend names and told me off. This place is disgusting in my opinion and thieves.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back for these boots, I paid cash for a defective product and had already purchased a new pair elsewhere and do not want their store credit.
