Review: Mattress began sagging within one year after delivery and continues to sag more.Desired Settlement: Cash refund for amount paid for mattress except for one year's allowance for satisfactory performance of product.

FIRST OF ALL, I HAVE NOT TALKED TO MR. [redacted] AT ALL ABOUT THIS. ON JULY 18TH, 2013 THE REPRESENTIVE FROM [redacted] BEDDING MADE AN INHOME INSPECTION DUE TO HER COMPLAINT THAT THE MATTRESS HAD AN INDENTURE IN IT. HE CHECKED IT AND FIND IT TO BE IN PERFECT CONDITION. SHE RECEIVED A LETTERFROM [redacted] TO THIS EFFECT. WE DID NOT HEAR FROM HER AGAIN UNTIL SEPT 2014. SAME COMPLAINT AND WANTED ANOTHER INSPECTION BUT WANTED IT AFTER 8:30 AT NIGHT. OF COURSE THAT WAS NOT ACCEPTABLE AS THAT IS AFTER BUSINE3SS HOURS. SHE REQUESTED ALL OF HER MONEY BACK. THE INSPECTION WAS MADE AND AGAIN FOUND NOTHING WRONG WITH THE MATTRESS. IT IS A LATEX PREMIUM MATTRESS AND SHE SAYS SHE CAN SEE AN INDENTURE IN IT AFTER SHE MAKES IT UP. HAS NEVER COMPLAINTED ABOUT THE SLEEPING OF IT. I THINK SHE BOUGHT SOMETHING SHE DOES NOT LIKE AND WANTS SOMEONE ELSE TO PAYFOR HER SELECTION. IF THE MANUFACTURER INSPECTS NOT ONCE, BUT TWICE AND CAN NOT FIND ANYTHING WRONG I DON;T KNOW HOW TO PLEASE HER. THEY HAVE USED THE MATTRESS <I ASSUME> SINCE 2012. DONT KNOW THE EXACT DATE, AS THEY BOUGHT IT AND LEFT IT AT THE STORE A WHILE BEFORE IT WAS DELIVERED. OUR POLICY HAS ALWAYS BEEN TO TRY TO PLEASE OUR CUSTOMER WHENEVER IT IS POSSIBLE. I have read Mrs. Farthing's initial response to our filed complaint. Several of her statements are erroneous. Upon contacting her about our complaint with the mattress, she put us in contact with [redacted]'s president. My husband and I have attempted to reach a satisfactory resolution with [redacted]. We have had minimal contact with Mrs. Farthing re this and feel disappointed that her business has not supported or assisted us in handling the issue. There was only one inspection of the mattress by a company representative. I was questioned via phone by [redacted]'s president re my work schedule as to a suitable time the mattress could be inspected. He advised there would be a [redacted] rep in my area on a particular date on which date I was working. He asked me about what time I would be home for rep to inspect mattress. Yes, I do believe it may have 830 p.m.. No, I did not request an inspection at that time of day. We were unable to schedule a convenient time for a [redacted] rep to inspect the mattress as I was scheduled to work on the dates Mr. [redacted] sales rep) was to be in area.
