DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!
My husband purchased me a van on March 14. It is May 5 and I still don’t have the van my husband bought. We left the lot the day of purchase and after 21 minutes driving the steering wheel locked and then stopped on me while coming off the highway.
My husband called M&M and spoke with the person who sold him the van. At first he was apologetic but then admitted that he had not checked the van before selling.
The person sent someone a few days later to pick up the van and get it towed from our house back to the car shop.
We were told the van was fixed. We pick it up a week later. While driving back it happens again!
My husband calls the guy to inform him that it happened again. So he was generous enough to pick us up from being stranded on the highway and lend us a car while he “fixed the van” again.
All of April and the last week of March has gone by and we’ve only heard from the owner, who is the person who sold us the van, three to fo times. We call the office and no one picks up. The owner gave us his cell number in which we have called, left voicemails, and text but no response.
Sadly, my husband had to show up to the car shop to see what was going on. The owner tells my husband the van he bought wasn’t that good. The head gasket and other things had to be changed BUT that he didn’t communicate with us because he had another van for us.
My husband said we’ll take the other van that according to the owner the only thing needed to be fixed was the bumper. It needed to be painted and would be ready Saturday. Saturday comes and again we’re told to wait. This time till Tuesday. Today is Tuesday and AGAIN!!!! My husband calls, no answer. No communication.
We have been more than patient. Extremely understanding.
But at this point we feel so disrespected.
We understand fully we purchased an “as is” vehicle. But we’re being taken advantage of and it isn’t fair. We needed this van and went to a buy here pay here because we can’t afford monthly payments at the moment.
To explain or express our frustration is impossible to do. My husband is a hard working man and doesn’t deserve having to deal with an untrusted person.
