After an accident the last thing I want to deal with is a shop that jerks me around and doesn't do what they say they are going to do for me, which can happen really easily if you do not know what your looking forI asked around about a shop I could trust with my vehicle and someone told me to check out M&M CustomsI always do my research when buying anything or working with anyone and it seemed overall everyone has been happy with their experienceSo, I called them upxxxxxx is wonderful to work with and they handled the full processThey worked with my insurance, thankfully, taking me out of the middle of the processThey sent me pictures of the parts for my car when they came in, they also sent before and after pictures when it was being painted and put togetherI got daily updates with the progress, which is always nice because you know what your getting and what to expectWhen my car was done xxxxx met me at the rental car location to exchange the rental car she helped me get and pick up my carI looked my car over and it was beautifulMy car hadn't been that shiny and clean since I bought itThe color match was perfect and you couldn't tell it had been wrecked at allI was then given receipts for the parts they bought and a warranty on their workGreat people and a great experience! I definitely will not work with anyone else when I need something done on my carThank you again M&M!

M&M customs is a stand up body shop. They helped me with my car and made it beautiful again. I highly recommend this body shop. The staff was awesome and friendly and Daniel, the owner, was very hands on and personal and professional throughout the whole process. My car looks amazing! Thank you M&M! I was hit in a parking garage, the guy who hit me wanted to pay for the damages rather than getting insurance involved. His preferred shop was M&M Customs. I gladly accepted his offer to get a estimate there, I am new to town so the referral for a good shop was appreciated.
With all said and done, i'm I glad I went there because the shop quickly turned an annoying series of events into a manageable fix that was as painless as possible. But heres the part that still blows my mind. I dropped my car off on Thursday morning, [redacted] offered to take me to work. During my lunch break I received a picture of my car good as new with a text that said "Your car is ready for pick up, please let us know if there is anything we can do to make pick up more convenient" They did me one better and brought my car to my work!!!!!!
I cannot articulate how pleased I am with not only M&M's customer service, but the quality of their work. As a single woman who is new to this city, it feels great to walk into a car body shop and have representatives who genuinely have your best interest at heart. I am truly grateful for their impeccable customer service and incomparable quality of service. I would recommend M&M Custom's to anyone in need of body work on their car!
