Review: I placed an order for 2 [redacted] phone covers on Sept. 29 2012. I waited for a week and a half and when my order never came I called (and I sent an email). They said it was on back order and it should be on the next truck, I said ok I'll wait another week. I was never notified that my items were on back order. It still never came. I called back, they told me the same thing again, I said I will wait again. Another week went by and I called and they said once again it did not come in on the truck. I told them to cancel my order and refund my money. [redacted] said no problem that it would take a few days to process the request. I watched my bank statement and no refund. I called again. [redacted] said "Oh I'm not sure why it was not processed, I will personally take this the the refund department and get it taken care of". I waited again. Still no refund. I have been calling at least once a week for 2 months for a $23.47 refund. This is absolutely ridiculous! Since then I have ordered from a company and have already received my order with in 1 week.

MK Wireless says it has an easy return/refund policy but it does not honor that at all.Desired Settlement: I want my refund of $23.47 ASAP.
