M & J Hospitality

Review: I purchased two tickets to see a Broadway show titled the "[redacted]" from M & J Hospitality. Prior to the show they called me to alert me the show had been cancelled. I was told at that time that in lieu of a refund I would be given tickets to a different show of my choosing and that I should contact them once I picked a new show. On more than one occasion I picked a new show and e-mailed[redacted] of M & J Hospitality to check ticket availability. Generally it would take several e-mails to illicit a response and it would generally be after the date of the chosen event. I would then choose another event at which time the response would be delayed. I e-mailed them to let them know I wanted a response regarding new tickets. This was in January and I still haven't received a response. At this point I want a refund including their fee.Desired Settlement: Full refund of all charges to my credit card for services and tickets never rendered as promised.

Been dealing with M & J Hospitality for 6 years and they have always come through for me. Their prices aren't face value but the tickets are great and worth the markup. When you can't get them anywhere else, they can get them.
