M J Green Landscaping and Snow Plowing

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI saved every text message of his for proof all he ever did was harass me an I have proof to show it I had to hire a new plow guy to continue having my mom driveway doneRegards, [redacted]

I have a contract with this customer and it states in the contract that I do not plow anything less than inches it has to be at least inches or more for me to snowplow and shovel the walkways and sidewalks from the first day it started snowing she would call my phone or text me to come do the
driveway regardless of how much snow was there 95% of the time that she had to call me there wasn’t enough snow for us to come out I’ve also have gone out of my way in the middle snow storms that we had to come get her driveway done first because of her father so I was more then willing to help her she also is the only customer out of the I had that complained period it got so bad that I finally offered to give her money back for the remaining weeks because I couldn’t take her constant phone calls and her harassment then she proceeded to go on my Facebook business page and leave unnecessary comments and also get her family members who are not my customers at all to leave negative comments So we couldn’t come to any type of agreement at all so I just continued to plow the driveway and clear the sidewalks for the reminder of the contract and took videos of me there doing my job that she paid for I never once not showed up and I did my job like I was supposed to
