M C Fire Protection

In house fire protection system piping has broken on three occations resulting in $25,000 in water damage do to INPROPER instalation of system.
Sprinkler system pipes continue to brake in ceiling. When I contacted MC fire protection to ask them to repair the latest brake they hungup on me. All I asked was that they repair the broken pipe. I understand that because the pipes are in the ceiling that the entire system can not be replaced but they should repair the individual brakes as they occure. This is the third pipe to brake in three years. When I told them they laught at me and hungup the phone with the final comment "to bad" and good luck" making any complaints.
