M & C Auto Sales

Bought a vehicle from auto dealer, has broken down 4 times in less than 2 months.
In March, 2014 I purchased a [redacted] from M&C Auto Sales in Toledo, OH. I had the car inspected by my mechanic, and I purchased it for $5500 in cash. I explained my situation to **, the dealer whom I spoke with and whom I bought the vehicle from. He knew that I was purchasing this vehicle with my [redacted] backpay, because I am disabled and I needed a quality vehicle to get to my doctors appointments weekly. He ensured me that if I ever had any problems with the vehicle, that they would fix the issues, free of charge to me. The second day I had the car, it would not start, and that time he did tow it back to their shop and they did the bare minimum to get my car working again, by changing the spark plugs. The issue was determined to be "multiple random misfires", code po300, as scanned by [redacted] and a second mechanic. The second time it broke down, I was told that they would charge me for fixing it. I took it to another mechanic, and it was the same problem, multiple random misfires. Now it has broken down for a third time with the exact same issues that it had the second day I had the vehicle. At this point, there is no way that they no issues with the vehicle before I purchased it. I am positive that they covered up the issues to get the car sold. Now I have to deal with a lemon vehicle that I cannot afford to fix because I am on [redacted] disability and cannot work. I live off of $732/month and ** knows that, because I told him, and I have a witness (my mechanic, [redacted]) to back up my claims. This vehicle and it's repeated problems is causing my mental health (and therefore physical health) to decline.
