Review: In 10/2012, we paid over $2,300 to MB Roofing to remove and replace a large section of our roof, install air circulation panels, and a ridge vent. Less than a 1.5 years later, our roof is leaking, and has damaged our ceilings. We have tried every phone number listed on their website and online, sent emails, to no avail. All calls are met with disconnected phones and no response.Our repair was to have been guaranteed. We would like to give this vendor the opportunity to inspect their work and make good on the repair, but so far they have not returned any calls or emails.Desired Settlement: Vendor needs to call us, visit worksite to see deficiency of repair, and discuss appropriate repairs with us.
