Terrible companyTheir products are often defective, their drivers can be very buggy, and the support is terribleI have read many other reviews by people saying just the same thingThey claim that support will respond in 1-days, but it has taken a month in several casesI've had to open more tickets for my latest product purchase with M-Audio than all of the other devices I have ever owned combinedI will not purchase from them again
DO NOT BUY M-Audio productsIn the end they will cost you far more time and effort than going with something else regardless of the cheaper price tag
