phone call.  If she did, we would have taken care of this for her right away. As I was going through the emails of my sick customer service person, I was very glad that she was out sick because this woman sent some very mean and nasty emails stating that "we are stupid" "we need to take a reading and comprehension class" etc.I contact this woman right away and in spite of her nastiness, I informed her that we sent her a new notebook via UPS over night and I told her to keep the damaged book as a back up for her troubles.  Therefore, this matter has been resolved.Thank you for listening and your understanding with this matter.  Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.Sincerely,Lorri V[redacted]
