Review: I hired [redacted] to remodel my bathrooms. This is the worst contractor ever I've worked with. He can always find excuses for all the problems, and always forget all the detail questions and requirements. After the deadline, there are several things have not been done. We need to move in first so we have agreement that he will be back later to finish the job. He has collected all the deposits for the unfinished project and promised he will be back and take care of us. But now he never reach me back, and after I called him and text him, he just keep me waiting and waiting. He is either busy with the family, or with his new project. After I complained a little about the waiting, he hanged up my phone! Yes, he just directly hanged up a customer's phone! Then he text me and said he cannot finish the job anymore and ask us to find other contractor to finish. What a horrible attitude! And he just left the mess and want us to pay someone to take care! Now he didn't answer my phone any more!Desired Settlement: Treat us seriously, come back to finish whatever he should do, and give us the refund for the unfinished work.
