M & A Recovery

This company has contacted us to pay a debt we have disputed with the [redacted] since May 2012, upon searching online to find more information out about the collection agency it was discovered that the creditor and the debt collector are the same company. We received a formal demand for payment letter dated June 28, 2013 and this has been the first communication from the collection agency and the last time we were contacted by [redacted] was 9/18/2012.
