opened from 8:00 am until 5:30 pm from Monday through Friday. I was there all day Fridayand did not leave until 5:45 pm for a Halloween function later that evening. The hours for Saturdays are 9:00 am until 11:30 am, therefore, the store was already closed when Ms. [redacted] came to pick up her garment at 2pm as she stated in the compliant with the Revdex.com. The store hours are clearly posted on the window.
