Lyon's Tree Service

Review: Jan 2015, Price quoted not the same as payment demand. The service was to cut the trunk of my front yard tree (limbs had already been cut) rake the rocks away from stump and grind the stump; rocks were not raked and stump was ground in middle and edges remained high. Explained to [redacted], owner, that I would replace the tree as soon as I found the one I wanted; Mr. [redacted] explained that after grinding the tree shavings/grounds would be acidic, therefore, they would have to be removed, a large hole would have to be dug and the tree would need to be placed in wooden half barrel with good soil so the tree would grow properly.Advised Mr. [redacted] that my landscaper removed the wood shavings that mounded on the stump but the tree was was only ground in the middle and nothing could be planted.Mr [redacted] advised that he would stop by on 3/14 or 3/15/15, he was a no show.Called again on 3/19/15, was advised by Mr. [redacted] that I was not on his Priority List and disgruntled said he would come on 3/21 or 3/22/15, again no show, no phone call. Conversation notes available.Desired Settlement: At this time I don't want to see or hear from Mike Lyon, I would like a refund so my landscaper can rent a grinder and complete the work properly.Forewarned Revdex.com, Mr [redacted] had an answer for everything.
