Lyon's Septic Tank Service

Received service on March 2013 for $225. Came back out in May of 2013 charging me 485. Had another septic company have to pump out a full tank.See notes above...Lyons failed to do their job right and pump my tank throughly in March/ April 2013. The company I had come out rcently said it wasn't done correctly last time. Filter wasn't cleaned. Heard of them not performing quality of service before. They really should provide me back the $85 service fee back. Anyone who knows anything about me or my company knows that I do my best to ensure the customer is happy and the job is done right. When I went out to Mr. [redacted]'s home the tank needed cleaning. I completely emptied his tank and cleaned his filter for a price of $225.00. I was called back out on a Saturday because he was having an issue with the shower draining slowly. I opened the septic tank to show him that it was just full of water and working at the correct level and I charged him $85, not $485 for a service call because no work needed to be performed. I really do try my best to please every single customer and I called Mr. [redacted] and explained what was going on with his septic system and the shower. We did not argue on the phone or create a hostile environment for each other. We actually stayed on the phone for about 30 minutes trying to get everything explained to each other. I can understand why he would feel some type of way because another company came out and said that I did not do my job right but that was just the case of another company trying to make me look bad. I sincerely believe that Mr. [redacted]'s problem is in his plumbing, not his septic system because if the septic was backing up all of the drains in the home would back up not just the shower. I really hope he can get this problem resolved and I also offered to come take a look at the septic system again free of charge. I wish him the best of luck with this septic/plumbing.Thanks
