I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***Please add your rejection comments below.
First of all - when we signed up for the service with Lyons oil we were told that there is a LIFETIME free tune up - we would only pay for the parts if they are needed. Naturally there were no forms or letters indicated that, like there are NO letters indicated that now the cost is $159.Second - the day we call to make an appoitment we specifically asked the receptionist is there a charge for the services and were told NO. Which is why we proceeded with the services. Even if the company policies were changed and there is no more free tune up all employees of the company should know that. If we were told that it'll cost for the tune up when we called we wouldn't schedule the service

This customer was told multiple times she can buy a policy for $159.00 a year which includes the annual cleaning, or pay for the cleaning without a policy.  I spoke with her myself on several occasions.  Her unit was cleaned and her credit card was charged.  She complained to the...

credit card company which resulted in us letting her have the money back on her card.  She also went ahead and terminated her account.  Today she is in collections waiting for a small claims date.
