Lynn's Towing

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:This "company" has no morals, no ethics, and no humanityThey are a pestilence of parasitic and predatory buffooneryTalk about the bottom of the barrel - truly the sm of the Earth Sincerely, [redacted]

This is in response of ID #***, a complaint filed by Mr*** *** ***Which he states "This company STOLE my vehicle from out of my driveway in the middle of the night."We are a registered Towing and recovery company (#***), veteran ownedWe are on the Kent police rotation, which means we are held to a higher standardWe go above and beyond to insure that our impounds are filed, signed, and paperwork is correctly filed out to the RCW codes set forth by the State.With that being said on the morning of 2/13/at 02:15am we received a call for a impound from the *** *** *** The Private Property custodian ( which the porperty management hired and contracted with) noticed a vehicle ( Acura Legend plate # ***) was improperly parked nest to the dumpster bins and hindering the gate openingThis area is a no parking spaceUpon arriving our driver (*** **) had the security personel signed the authorization to impound/tow vehicle form required by the State and RCW codesDriver then took a photo before hooking up to said vehicleWhich I will fax over with this letterDriver then followed State and RCW laws and faxed over authorization to impound/tow for to Auburn Police records department which is time/date stamped. The two times we had to interact with Mr*** *** ***He was very rude, name calling (blood suckers, Nazi's), yelling threats, going to sue everybody and how we ruined his life by taking all his life savingsMr*** was so irate, we asked him to step outside just to cool downMr*** then filled out all his proper paperwork and paid his billWe then released his impounded vehicleMr *** then informed us he was going to take us down! He was going to give us bad reviews on all the social media sites, complain to the Revdex.com and get his lawyers on this now!A short time later we received a phone call from the property manager that he was inside the office saying the same threats to themI assured them it was a proper tow and faxed her a copy of the said vehicle in question and the signed auth to tow formShe agreed.In response to his settlement requestNOThank you for your time, and having the chance to respond to these absurd allegationsIf you need anything else clarified for you please don't hesitate to call us at 253.215.3333LR***Office Manager

The customers vehicle was not stolen from there driveway as it's a shared parking lot with all who live on the property of the apartment complexAs such the parking lot keeps order by painting stalls on the ground that are clearly marked with white parking lot paint. In this instance the
owner of the vehicle decided to park where he chose which was not in a designated parking spot and was impounded by the patrolling security company for being improperly parked and could cause a accident for others who would be backing out of stalls to try to leave. The customer was charged the correct rates as stated and filed with the WSP and not over charged.
