On June 11,2016, customer brought her dog in for groomingShe was checking her pet in with my helper and as she was a new customer I introduced myself and asked her she wanted her pet trimmedShe stated that she wanted a puppy trimI explained that a puppy trim could mean many things and asked some more questions concerning the haircutI told her we would give her a call when we were ready for for to pick up her pet and wished her a good day.Around 2:00pm we called her to let her know that we were ready for pick upThat call went to voicemail. After more calls we made contact with her at 4:30pm at which time I informed her that we were closed for the weekend and were waiting for her so that we could go homeShe said she was sorry that she fell asleep and missed our call and would be there soonAt 5:she finally showed up acting frantic and apologetic saying she did not get our callI told we don't leave until all the dogs go homeShe said she was thankful because her stzu was her "service dog"She stated that her dog looked cute, paid and left.It was only a couple hours later that she called back to complain about how stressed and panicked she was and could not calm down and that it was our fault as I threatened to leave and keep her dog because she was lateShe then said her dog was cut too short and now she did not like itClient stated she was to stressed and stated I should have told her I was closingI told my hours are posted on the front door and that I told her we would call her when we were ready for herClient stated she could not talk to me anymore and hung upClient then called our other location to complain and demand her money backShe was told that she would have to talk to me as I was dealing with herShe then stated forget it she was calling the Revdex.com to complain about usWe gave client full service and curtesy per her instructions and feel we "owe" her nothing more
