Our products carry a one year limited warranty from the date of original purchase against defects in material and workmanshipFor service in warranty - Defective products may be returned, postage prepaid, with a description of the defect to: The Metal Ware Corporation, *** *** *** *** *** *** ***, for no-charge repair or replacement at our option
In this case we are willing to issue a prepaid label to the complainantWe require the unit be returned and in our possession before we will send a replacement unitIt was suggested to the complainant that they return the unit to *** as this would be the quickest resolution of this issue for them as it could take weeks for them to receive a replacement otherwise.
