Review: I ordered 2 sets of motorcycle brake pads from Lyndall Racing Brakes (May 11). They charged my Visa card right away (May 13) . After 10 days (May 21) I called and inquired about a tracking number for my shipment, they said they would send it by Friday (May23). I never received the brake pads or the tracking number. I called again on May 27 and was told my order would arrive May 28. I again asked for a tracking number and was told they would e-mail it to me. I still have not received the brake pads or a tracking number. Now I just want my money refunded. I sent them an e-mail on May 31 telling them I want a refund but they still refuse to answer any communications.Desired Settlement: I would like my full payment of $142.45 refunded right away.
