I noticed ads on craigslistOne listed for a bedroom bath apartment for the other one listed as a bedroom bath for the same price with the same picturesI didn't realize that they had different kitchen pictures (in particular) on both ads, so I scheduled a viewing of the apartment and noticed it was nothing like the pictures except for onethe person I met with was a representative for lyn properties named Delia and come to find out she is not even a licensed real estate agent nor the owner of the unitwhen she showed me the apartment the tenant(who had animals) was still movingand as soon as I walked in the apartment I smelt a strong odor of cat and dog peeDelia assured me that the smell would be removed upon move inso I never signed the lease until I was able to do a walkthrough which they denied me ofi spoke with delia first and then meir about it they both said no even though the lease they wanted me to sign state
