Review: My complaint is for multiple reasons. The first being that the products they guaranteed to be authentic were not. The second being customer service. Their site also promises full refunds. I have contacted this company five times now within the past week and no one has responded to any of my emails or online requests via their website. What I am looking for is a full refund for the unsatisfactory non-authentic items they sent me. I am more than willing to send back their cheap attempt at a knock off purses and wallet, but they need to contact me with the address they would like me to send the items back to.
Review: I placed an online order with Lykro Store on Oct. 7, 2014. My card was charged on Oct. 8, 2014. The order was suppose to be 89.94. I noticed on my bank account they charged 90.04 and then an additional charge of 2.70 which they said was an international bank charge and it was by a different company name- Feissifur.com. When contacted they apologized for not letting me know that it was an international order. I never received an email letting me know the order shipped so I contacted them on Oct 14 and was told my order shipped on Oct. 10, 2014 and to allow 4-5 business day. Contacted again on Oct.21, 2014 asking for tracking information and never received an answer back. I went to their website and did a live chat on Oct 23. They told me I would receive my order by Oct 28, 2014. Was also told I would receive a 10% refund for the trouble. Did not receive item or refund so I did another live chat on Oct 30, 2014 and was told my order was shipped and was in Los Angeles, CA and I would receive it some time next week. I again asked for tracking information and they said they don't have it. I would like for them to issue a full refund and if they do not I will have to dispute the charge with my bank and let them investigate.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $92.76 as soon as possible.
