Lyft

I used Lyft last week on the assumption that the free ride credits on my account would still be there when I was ready to use them. That turned out not to be the case, as I was informed the credits expired at 12 am 11/6/15. They should have made some note of that so I would not be blindsided. My experience with Lyft has, for the most part, been positive, with the exception of this one incident.
