We did find that the customer did in fact make a purchase on 7/22/ Due to an unknown technical problem, the customers order never completed on the website which resulted in the customer not getting their download as orderedWe have
refunded the money per the customers request We would also note that the same customer made a purchase from us on 3/11/and encountered the same exact problem Not sure why this happens to this customer consistently We are not in the business of taking our customers hard earned money, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused
