seller has advertisement on instagram ( social site) of traditional dresses that they sell also on their website. When I originally contacted the seller about a particular dress they were advertising I was reassured that the dress would look exactly like the picture they advertised when I received the dress 3 weeks later it was a completely different dress style, similar only in color and print. I immediately returned the dress as I felt that it bait and switch and false advertising. I contacted the seller and they refused to refund my money.Product_Or_Service: a dress Desired Settlementi am currently working with my cc company to try to get a refund. it has been 2months post purchase and the seller has proven it difficult to move forward from this incident . I would hate for anyone to have to go through the same issue with this dishonest seller.
