I have spoken with *** about this issue and she informed me that she thought I had the full amount paid by the insurance companyI reached out to the adjuster on Aug 30th with an invoice trying to collect the final payment. The adjuster and I had difficulties getting in touch
with each other for a couple weeks. I explained to *** that we were still waiting on the recoverable depreciation(final payment) check which had not been released by the insurance companyOnce I explained to her that we did have the money, she apologized for misunderstanding the situation as she thought I had the money and was not responding to her about the money. We both reached out to her insurance agent and he has since handled the remaining payment issues*** apologized again and has said she contacted the Revdex.com to explain it was a misunderstanding and she did not want to file a complaintHer claim has been closed and the final payment has been sent to her as wellFurthermore, our last conversations have gone very well and we are planning on performing some additional restoration work for her in the next couple of months.
