This company should not be allowed to operateAfter renting w/ a wonderful property mgmnt company, [redacted] Homes, we ended up with LSI= Luxury Realty after they bought [redacted] HomesWe had approximately year left on our existing leaseFrom the point of being acquired NOTHING ever got repairedWhen we were deciding whether to renew or look for something else, their method of managemnt determined our eventual decision to vacateWe gave SIX WEEKS notice & began the hellish task of trying to get from them a payment history & a scheduled move out inspection appmntEVERY person we spoke to With ONE small example ( Lori) was unprofessional & failed at every turn to send requested info or even return a promised call or emailThe folks we dealt with were Ginger, Brianna & Derek, both Brianna AND Derek represented themselves as the office mgrIf the owner, Candace is any kind of business woman - she would do well to FIRE these folks, and should ashamed at the way we were treated
The refrigerator has been leaking since August. Originally a repair service was sent out and it was determined that it was a drainage hose. Under $200 repair. He left without fixing as it needed approval. I was understanding then. Heard nothing...so in September I started the process again...wrote a report on line through the portal service. Heard nothing...two weeks later I called...it was explained to me that they did not receive the request and I was confused as I had received an automated response. Brianna [redacted] assured me that she would get right on it and that I should hear from a repair company to schedule a time to come check it out. A week goes by , I hear nothing...I call again..AND NOW I AM ANGRY...All this time waisted. She is defensive and nonchalant. I am exhausted and not sure anything is going to get done. Finally a repair service calls and arrives...as the refrigerator AGAIN...because its not the same company...Calls it in for approval and leaves
