November 30, 2019 I began financing a 2006 Black Nissan altima. I've been having under the hood issues with the car since I've had it. The starter went out the first week, belt broke the second week, and now the transmission is out and the car is impounded. The transmission went out on the middle of *** in *** on January 7,2020. Because it was 2:00am and the car wouldn't move at all after attempting to push it out of the road, *** police and Tow company had to impound it. I have no funds on getting the car out & also make the car payments. The car is a lemon and I had it for 35 days. I did contact my dealership and was advised to pay impound fees. I'm in the middle of transitioning jobs.
like you said cars are machines. we bent over backwards to help you with this vehicle although it was purchased as is. starters are common to go out and we still covered parts and labor on it to fix it for you. the only other issue I was aware of was the serpentine belt. which we also covered parts and labor. we possibly could have helped you once again but we require the customer to bring the vehicle to us to do so. if the car was impounded those fees cannot be expected to be paid by luxury motorsports especially after we covered everything else and lowered the down payment to get you into a car in the first place.
