They have installed undersize furnace at my house.Not receiving phone calls and not replying back of my voicemails.Luxury mechanical has installed under size furnace at my house.The furnace suppose to be 60,000BTUs and they have installed only 38,000BTUs.Which cost me higher bills on Energy and Power.I did call them so many times for this,they received my first call and explained them all the matters,after that I am trying to call them since a year .They are not receiving any of my phone calls and not replying for my voicemails.Because of undersized furnace its running all day long every 10 minutes.That is why I called [redacted] to check the furnace and [redacted] said your furnace is not sufficient for your house.[redacted] Desired SettlementI just want to replace my furnace which is sufficient for my house size.
