Luxury Living Suites

Review: I rented an apartment with Luxury Living Suites to spend my vacation in New York, NY from 9/**/2013 to 9/**/2013. The apartment short description was "AWESOME 2-BEDROOM FLAT - The Second Floor" (Notice that the description defines the apartment been in the 2nd floor). When arriving at the apartment on 9/**, we first had a check in issue as the apartment was not ready by the agreed time check in time (2:00 PM). Once we contacted the Manager, password combinations were provided to enter the apartment. We then were told to leave our luggage and leave the apartment till the apartment was cleaned up which lasted almost till 4:30 PM. Once in the apartment I noticed the pictures of the apartment in my rental papers didn't match the apartment we were granted access. I immediately noticed the apartment I rented was not provided and instead we were given the FIRST floor apartment. I rented the Second floor one. I notified the manager [redacted] she didn't comply with the property I rented and that I will leave the property that same day. We did leave the first floor apartment an hour later, notified the manager and since then I let her know to refund the $1,260 (one thousand two hundred sixty dollars) I spent on this rental. Till today, she is not refunded the money, so I let her know I will file a formal complaint, which I'm doing now with Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I will request a 100% refund of $1,260 (one thousand two hundred sixty dollars) corresponding to the rental payment I paid them.
