Luxury Home Cleaning Services

Review: I hired Luxury Home Cleaning Services (LHCS) to deep clean a home into which I was moving. LHCS was hired to clean on October 24, 2013. LHCS appeared as scheduled. However, the workmanship was very poor and extremely incomplete. LHCS took $200.00 cash for the work, which was intended to include deep cleaning the home plus carpet cleaning. I called "[redacted]", who presented himself as the owner, alerting him of my dissatisfaction. His response was, "Good legal help is hard to find. I'll alert '[redacted]' and ask her to call you and schedule a time to finish the job." I never heard from any representative of LHCS again. I tried on several occasions to call and e-mail LHCS, but I did not receive a response of any kind. My last voicemail was to tell him that I expected a full refund or I would have my attorney call him. I did not hear from LHCS, so my attorney sent a certified mail letter requesting a refund, which was returned to me today "return to sender, insufficient address, unable to forward". Please help me to secure a refund in the amount of $200.00 and to stop this person from harming other unsuspecting and trusting senior citizens.Desired Settlement: I respectfully request a refund of $200.00 and for this person to be stopped from conducting business elsewhere.
