Hi I orderd a strollerI live in a apartment building stroller was left outside of build they did not knock ups confirmed it was left outside building
I used PayPal to purchase I called seller he told me to go look for the UPS I sent him emails package was left outside no knock on door or ring bell they are not supposed to do that at a apartment building I filled a complaint with my bank they said he didn't respond 2 wks they told me to drop the case et them and go thru PayPal since I purchased thru them PayPal won't give me my money because I went thru my Bank I don't have a stroller and my $699 dollars was taken , there saying because I closed the case thru my Bank I was advised to do that so that PayPal can give me my money back or give me another stroller

Desired Outcome

I want what I paid for a stroller , if not Please help me gt my money back I'm not working and have bn hitt with covit 19 if not I asked for a refund I called company several times trying to work out something I asked him to jst give me the stroller ups is not supposed to leave yur packages outside of a building

Dear Revdex.com agents, Back on May 19, 2020, *** purchased a baby stroller on our website where the buyer choose the shipping method at checkout, the same day the order was shipped via UPS tracking 1Z6V805YXXXXXXXXXX and was delivered on Thursday 05/21/2020. On May 24, 2020, we receive a dispute on Paypal (Case ID: PP-D-XXXXXXXX ) and we did reply with the information requested. In a few words, we did everything following all procedures from the beginning of the order to the dispute with Paypal. We remain at your disposal for any further information.

Hi it was express shipping a item that big and for $700 dollars you don't leave outside we have door bells at apartment Complex The Seller has insurance I was told thru UPS he did file a Complaint he told me as well UPS told me that he is the sender he can file against them and all he had to do is send another one I told him I would take off from work to receive it I list 700 dollars and he's insured for his products both ways as a store owner for his Merchandise he wins both ways not me as a purchaser , so what happens now I jst loose 700 dollars of my eoneyv?

As we mentioned before, we shipped the order on time via UPS with tracking #1Z6V805YXXXXXXXXXX, UPS delivered the order on 05/21/2020 (we need to trust UPS ) After the delivery was issued, we do not know what happened next. If someone took it or not. As sellers, we did the right thing, shipped an order with a tracking number where the customer was able to follow the package while was in transit. The order was not shipped with insurance as the buyer mentioned before. The buyer paid with Paypal and Paypal was the one who decided in our favor. We remain at your disposal for any further information.

I don't see where issue was Resolved it was not Diliverx to me but to my stride outside building

SCAM
I found a Mazda 2014 on the Facebook Marketplace under luxuryfreeshop.com when I contacted through FB messenger luxuryfreeshop told me to contact Patricia Lamarre through email ***@gmail.com. I contacted her and she quickly responded with a sob story about how her husband dies a month ago and trying to get rid of car because it reminds her of him. She said she was doing everything through ebay. Ebay sent me an invoice through ***@invoicepayments.support with instructions. They indicated they received payment through ebay gift cards I was hesistant but my brother checked and everything seemed legitimate so I proceeded to confirm 10 gift cards for $200 each. I got an email confirmation through them but the next morning they sent me an email through same ebay email saying bc the item was undervalued the cost didn't cover for shipping insurance and said they were asking the both the seller and the buyer to submit a $1000 refundable insurance fee in the form of gift cards as well and that I would get the cash back when the car was delivered. At this point I was very skeptical so my brother called ebay and ebay told him that whenever a seller requests payment through gift cards it is a scam. We did not give them $1000 more. I filed complaints with the FBI and the Federal Trade Commission.

Desired Outcome

Refund Since the contact information of the scammer was given to me by luxuryfreeshop.com I would like to file a complaint against this business and request a refund. I have all emails and the FB messenger conversation as proof of the scam.

Our Facebook account was hacked. We didn't do any scam.
Even though Ms *** asked us for a $1500 refund. We accepted and now we are in the process of transfering the money to her bank so thi issue can be settled.

Max from Luxury Freeshop contacted me after he found out what had happened. He explained that the company's had been hacked and he assured me it had nothing to do with them, but that he was willing to help me out. The company offered to refund $1,500 of the $2,000 lost if I agreed to retract any claim against LuxuryFreeshop. They have deposited that amount in my account. I would like to clarify I do not have anything against this company and I am grateful for their response to the situation.
