We book since years about 2-3 cruises a year with Luxury Cruise Connections because we get the best professional service you can ask for. Questions we ask get answered in a short time. We can trust this agency in every way. They deliver what they promise. We only book luxury cruises on smaller ships. In February we booked a cruise in the Antartica and because of fog the planes couldn't land on King George Island. We had to cruise for another 2 days. Our flights got rebooked through on board for 2 days later but they did a mistake not confirming with United. We couldn't check in at Santiago de Chile airport for our flight home. Derek Avallo gave us before our trip his personal cell phone number for emergency. We called him Sunday afternoon from the airport and he called Silversea and United and fixed the issue. Thankfully because of that service from Derek Avallo from Luxury Cruise Connection we could fly home from Chile to Houston. We never experienced service like that with any other agency. We highly recommend Luxury Cruise Connections. They got out of their way.

Last August we book a 30-day cruise with LCC from Cape Town to Singapore. We were very excited about it! However, and agent and the Concierge department which was to book our flights have ignored our emails and messages. We have traveled to almost every country in Europe, South America and Asia and have never used a travel agency but made all bookings ourselves. We plan to cancel our dream trip and travel on our own next time. Would not recommend Luxury Cruise Connections, LLC. Would give it zero stars if possible.
