Order a free trial, went to cancel and could not get a hold of them. now they charge me every month and have not received any product.
Order this product on lineas a tree trial, and tried to cancel and could not get a hold of them.They are still charging my account every month for 98.00. They use my debit card. I called my bank to block the charge and they can not. How can I cancel if the number I have is no good. They take it out on around the 20th of the month. I do not have any account information because when I got the first shipment, there was no paperwork. And to add to this complaint I do not receive any cream. This is a total repoff. I want my money back and some thing done to this company so other people do not have to go though this. Oh and by the way the phone that I was given is disconnected or has changed.

The company has repeatedly said they will issue a refund.I have called 4 times.They say refund was issued but it was not.
I returned the product received on 5/25/2018 per their instructions and have a tracking number. They do not dispute I returned the product and am entitled to a refund. I was charged $79.94 and $79.95 for the trial order I canceled and returned. I called on 6/2/18, 8/9/2018, 9/5/2018 and 9/21/2018. Each time I am told they will 'escalate' the refund issue. I have been told to wait '6 -10 business days', '3-10 business days', and '24-48 hours'. They will not let me speak to anyone except the representative who answers the call. I have been given a Refund Code *** and Transaction Codes XXX XXX XXXX and XXX XXX XXXX. Each time they tell me to 'rest assured' yet I still have no refund and now, no expectation that they will act in good faith.
