I have just looked through the customer notes on this and did indeed speak to multiple peopleCustomer had only mentioned that she wanted to cancel product, never mentioned refund since she was over a week out of the trial program signed up forHowever, I have just
issued a full refund.

I saw this add on Facebook on wrinkle cream.It showed Luxe Skin cream remove wrinkles in a matter of minutes.They advertised a price of $trial limited to the end of the day.I ordered the cream and also was asked if I was interested in Age Rewind for an additional $limited offer.There was no mention of any additional charges when I ordered Jan 21st on approximately Thursday Feb 4th I noticed that my checking account was charged $for cream and another charge of $for the other.cream I called there customer service after a min hold and was told I would receive a refund of half and stated no where did it state that if not returned within weeks my account would be charged $and $respectively.I spoke with customer service she asked me to review website where it does state terms and conditions but on the facebook advertisement does not state if not returned within weeks your account will be charged accordingly
